Weeping Tile 

You commonly hear the somewhat inaccurate label "Weeping Tile". There is no tile, It's carefully placed rigid drain pipe.  This is by far the best way to gather water from under your floor.

Once the drainage system is in place and tested, we cement it over and it will disappear under your flooring never to be thought of again. 

In some rare situations we can install what we call an "in-floor" drainage system. This is certainly not a "first choice" option but can be used when all other options have been exhausted.
